This small lot coffee was grown over 4,000 feet above sea level in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. This area is known for its notes of cacao and medium acidity making it perfect to pair with that evening dessert. Hand picked, washed, and sun-dried with care before it was craftfully roasted by our Master Roasters in Los Angeles.
